What Delivery Options Do We Offer?

We provide some of the fastest fitness equipment delivery services in the USA! Delivery options depend on product and zip code. To see availability, please check at checkout. Below is a summary of our delivery services:

•Standard Delivery: Takes 2-3 working days. Larger pallet orders may take slightly longer.

•Next Day Delivery: Available for most orders placed before 3:30 PM, except for large palletized items. Choose this option at checkout or select a preferred date from the calendar.

•Saturday Delivery: Available for select orders. Place your order by 3:30 PM on Friday to qualify.

•Sunday Delivery: Offered for larger items (e.g., treadmills, ellipticals). Order by 3:30 PM on Friday to qualify.

•Click & Collect: Many in-stock items can be collected same-day from our Cutler Bay store. You’ll select a collection time at checkout. Ensure your vehicle can accommodate the item—contact us for box dimensions if unsure. Bring your payment card and ID when collecting. Unfortunately, Click & Collect does not support V12 Finance, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay payments (including ex-display items).

Delivery Costs

•Free Standard Delivery: Available for USA mainland orders over $99. A surcharge may apply for non-mainland zip codes.

•Express Delivery: Next-day weekday and weekend deliveries are available for an additional charge, shown at checkout based on product and zip code.

•Special Surcharges: Rarely, additional fees may apply for remote locations or manufacturer-direct items. We will notify you before dispatch if this applies.

Ex-Display Product Delivery

Most ex-display items must be collected fully assembled and unboxed from the location specified in the product listing. For certain Cutler Bay-based items, local delivery may be possible for an extra fee. Availability will be specified on the product page.

Upstairs or Below-Ground Floor Delivery

We offer delivery to upper floors for certain “two-man” products. If this service is available, it can be selected at checkout. Otherwise, products will be delivered to a ground-floor room of your choice (subject to safe access). Please note: For properties with stairs, you must select upstairs delivery where available. Large pallet orders may be curbside deliveries.

Multiple Item Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered together. However, in some cases, items may arrive separately or through different couriers.

Delivery Updates

You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is shipped. The courier will typically send SMS/email updates with delivery details.

Delivery Times

Deliveries typically occur between 7 AM and 8 PM. Some couriers may provide an estimated delivery window via SMS or email.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us at sales@boatradingllc.us. Cancellations are possible if the goods have not left our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.

Product Installation

We offer expert installation services for select equipment. Please note that next-day installations are unavailable. Refer to our installation page for scheduling information.
