Returns Due to Failed Deliveries

Two-Man Deliveries:

If a product requires a two-man delivery and it is determined that the item cannot fit through doors, stairwells, hallways, or access points, and the item is returned, the customer will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs incurred by BOA Trading LLC.

If no one is present at the delivery address at the scheduled time, the goods will be returned to the carrier’s depot. In such cases, a $50 re-delivery fee will apply and must be paid before rebooking delivery.

If the order is subsequently canceled, all delivery and carriage charges remain payable by the customer.

One-Man Deliveries:

If no one is available to receive a one-man delivery, a delivery notice (e-card or slip) will be issued, and the goods will be returned to the carrier’s local depot pending customer contact.


Security Checks

In rare cases, we may need to conduct identity or payment verification checks to confirm cardholder details and prevent fraud.

Prompt cooperation will help avoid delays in order dispatch.


Late Deliveries

While BOA Trading LLC makes every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe or selected delivery date, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, logistics providers, weather conditions, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control.

No compensation will be offered for delays caused by third-party delivery services.


Short Deliveries & Damage to Packaging

Upon delivery, you must:

  • Count all items received

  • Inspect packaging for visible damage

The expected number of items will be listed on the carrier’s delivery note.

If there is a discrepancy or visible damage, you must:

  • Note the issue clearly on the delivery note

  • Cross out “Delivered in good condition”

  • Sign only after noting the issue

Failure to note shortages or damage on the delivery note may result in claims being declined.

Any short delivery or packaging damage must be reported to BOA Trading LLC within 48 hours of signing for the delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods. Customers are advised to inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.


Collection of Faulty Products

If an item is received faulty or develops a fault (proof of purchase required), BOA Trading LLC will arrange either:

  • Collection of the item at no charge, or

  • A manufacturer-authorized service visit

Items must be securely packaged and made available for collection within 24 hours of fault notification.

If the item is not ready when the carrier arrives, a re-collection fee may apply.

Once returned, items will be inspected. If no fault is found, the item may be returned to you and all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, repair or inspection fees may apply.


Manufacturer Support

For certain products, customers may be required to contact the manufacturer or supplier directly for warranty service or technical support.
