2. Eligible Refund Situations

  • An order was canceled by BOA Trading LLC before shipment

Supporting evidence (photos, videos, documentation) will be required for all claims.

  • Custom, special-order, wholesale, or bulk purchases

4. Reporting Damage or Issues

All damage or defect claims must be reported within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for physical damage

  • 72 hours of delivery for functional or performance issues

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


5. Return Authorization

Returns are not accepted without prior written approval.

Before returning any product, customers must contact us at sales@boatradingllc.us to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


6. Return Shipping

  • Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable service

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging

BOA Trading LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


7. Refund Processing

  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days after inspection

8. Order Cancellations
